Why I dance:

One reason I dance is for the relationship it has to music. When my mind is truly involved in what I’m dancing, it feels like I’m part of the music, an extension of it. Also, the range of emotions that can be expressed, both the highs and lows, can be felt on a different level than everyday life through dance.
