Michéle Incollingo

Ms. Incollingo is one of those rare gifted dancers that make everything look easy! Her sense of humor, phenomenal technique and dramatic ability make her an audience favorite. An exciting and vivacious performer, her incredible technical proficiency and flair can best be seen as 'Liberty Bell' in Balanchine’s "Stars and Stripes Pas de Deux" and 'Sugar Plum Fairy' in "Nutcracker." Roles created for Ms. Incollingo by choreographer Kim Tuttle include the leading female role in Cleopatra: A Rock Ballet, Tom Jones, Carmen, Dracula, Tristan and Isolde, Ballet Toshiko, Drums, Don Quixote, Medea, Preludio de Cordes, Scheherazade, and Taming of the Shrew. She has also danced the lead role in Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake, Carmina Burana, Rite of Spring, Bolero and Tchaikovsky Pas de Deux. Ms. Incollingo received her training at the School of American Ballet and Pennsylvania Ballet. A popular guest artist and teacher, Ms. Incollingo has staged full length ballets, conducted master classes and performed as guest artist throughout the South.

Hometown: Wilmington, Delaware
What I do in my spare time: I am a board certified cosmetologist and master colorist, so I do hair at my salon when I’m not in the studio. Spare time is spent playing with my cat, Angel, and out by my pool.
Favorite Movies: 'Love Story' and 'Memoirs of a Geisha'
Favorite dance role: All the ballets created for me.
Favorite vacation place: Paris is wonderful, but for a short drive, St. Augustine, Florida.
Why I dance: Because I am compelled to.
